Jane
Beam was founded by Jane back in May 2020 following a 15 year career in property.8 of those years were spent as an executive assistant for the CEO of listed commercial and residential property funds, followed by PA roles in the mortgage industry and Investor Relations Manager for a London resi developer.
A landlord herself, Jane also co-founded and ran the operations for Podville, a unique office concept created from upcycled shipping containers. The first development was launched in Bristol in 2018.

Since Beam was founded back in May 2020, Taran has been supporting Jane with Beam’s growth behind the scenes.
Taran built a successful career in sales and sales leadership until leaving the corporate world to work within the startup ecosystem as a mentor. Over the last 10 years he has written two books and been behind several startups. Taran looks after our sales pipeline and commercial partnerships.

As a former branch manager for agencies both nationwide and independent, Lea knows what it takes to successfully manage a portfolio AND run a thriving lettings business.

A true executive assistant and excellent ‘gatekeeper’, she has a very high level of property knowledge gained from running her own property services business, working as a portfolio manager for a property investment company and as head of completions in the affordable homes sector.

As a Fellow of ARLA Propertymark, the pinnacle of membership & qualifications in lettings & property management, Tracy has incredible knowledge around landlord and tenancy law and legislation.Prior to being an independent lettings consultant, Tracy spent 25 years in lettings, and as a Lettings Manager she ran fast-paced offices, implemented and maintained legal compliance, administration processes, contractual duties and staff training.

A true admin angel with a warm personality, she loves to take clients’ portfolios and tenants under her wing and quickly get them running smoothly and compliantly.Karen spent the first part of her career as a corporate PA before becoming a virtual assistant 5 years ago. Her first VA client tasked her with managing a portfolio of 50 properties, and that's when her love for property management began.
